Advice for selling your property
When selling your house imagine that you are buying it. What would you like to see or not like to see or smell. Is not just about de-cluttering the property. Are all the light bulbs working? Is there a gate missing? Is the grass cut? Are the windows clean? Can you smell a pet?
Marketing of your property
We will sit down with you to discuss what is the best way to market your property. You can rely on top quality photography to illustrate your brochure, our own website, social media and property portals. We can also organise promoting your property in the local papers should you wish. We have an extensive list of potential purchasers, and we will contact them as soon as we are instructed to sell your property.
Viewings
We can arrange and conduct the viewings for you if you wish. We know what prospective buyers are looking for and what information you require about them. Are they true cash buyers? Are they in a chain? Are they First Time Buyers? We ring all viewers within 48 of the viewing to obtain feedback if the viewers has not been in contact with us and relay any feedback or offer to you.
Offer
We will inform you of all offers received on your property. Is it the right offer for you? Sometimes the highest offers is not necessarily the best one for you. We use our experience to guide you through this process. Once an offer has been received we will contact all the other viewers to inform them of the offer.
Sale Agreed
Once the offer is accepted we will guide you through the process of what is now to happen. We have developed a list of local companies over the years to help your move proceed smoothly. We are happy to contact the solicitor and purchaser to keep you informed as to how the sale is progressing.
